unnecessary download with digikam install, can it be removed?

Hi,
I just installed digikam on a new Laptop, with OpenSuse 15.5, digikam
7.9.0 from OpenSuse-repos.
When starting it (after the few questions) it tells me that it needs
some large binary files for face engine and red eye removal: 334.7 MB.
There is no possibility to bypass this download. If I cancel it, the
"warning" will show up each and every time I open digikam, as it threatens.
Please make it possible to install digikam without those features. Some
want it, others not.
Meanwhile: is there a save way to remove the unneeded large files
without getting asked to download them again? In case: Which ones, where?
(It's a laptop with not /that/ much disk space, so 300 unneeded MB's are
quite a lot...)
Thanks and kind regards
Daniel
