Undo stack pop-up in 8.4.0

Widget style is Fusion and icon theme is "Use Icon Theme From System". I don't believe I have ever changed these.

Go to Setup/Miscs/Appearance/ dialog page.

Which Widgets Style and Icons Theme did you use ?
