using assign tags in BQM

Thanks Gilles

I can find the files in %LocalAppData% as indicated in the link , but 
unable to find the folder %AppData%\digikam , where should be located 
the models if I correctly understand.

in %AppData% I can see the folders "Local", "localLow" and "roaming" 
unless I'm not looking at  the right place
