using assign tags in BQM

The BQM only writes metadata to the image, and only lastly is the metadata
transferred from the image to the database. In order to write the tags to DNG
files, writing with ExifTool and the option to write DNG files must be
activated. Since ExifTool is currently broken in the release version, you must
download it manually and set up the corresponding path in the digiKam settings
under Metadata-> ExifTool.
