How to handle multiple collections and separation of collections

Hi,
I have been using DK both privately and professionally for multiple
years. And boy do I love this software.
In DK I have multiple collections:
1. Private: Private photos from vacations, birthday parties, etc.
2. Pro: Professional photos from various photo shoots, etc.
3. Design: Professional images, including various design work such as
logos, web assets, etc.
4. Art: Drawings, sketches, etc.
Now, each of these are separate collections that are all added to DK in
Settings.
My issue is that I find it difficult to actually separate these when
using DK.
So for example, the other day I was talking to a client and trying to
find a few photos fromĀ from a photoshoot that I new roughly when I did
but I could not easily find it using the Albums view. So I went to
Timeline and clicked the year and quickly ran through it. What I didn't
consider what that now, we were suddenly browsing through a strange mix
of all three collections. So, while I found the photo session I was
looking for, it felt a bit awkward that I had to browse through some
random family member's wedding photos to get there.
I am missing some easy way to actually separate collections in DK. What
thoughts went into this use case?
Is there some place I haven't found in which I can easily switch on/off
individual collections globally? Like some sort of global collection
filter?
BR
Thomas
