How to migrate database

I had to change my disk configuration recently. In the new 
configuration, the only change that I have made is the drive letters for 
the drives where the digikam configuration files (digikam4.db, 
recognition.db, similarity.db, thumbnails-digikam.db) and the albums are 
stored have been changed. I tried to do the Database Migration but that 
didn't work. I have tons of searches that I have defined which I would 
like to retain. Is there any way I can do this? I do not want to start 
from scratch and add the albums manually. I would lose all the searches 
which I have defined.

Tried to search the documentation but did not find any pointers. 
Apologies if this query had been asked in the past and answered. If 
someone can point me to that will appreciate.
