DK 8.3.0 and MariaDB: Driver not found

The MySQL/MariaDB drivers are not included in the Flatpak, that's an old 
story, see bug:

https://github.com/flathub/org.kde.digikam/issues/17

The drivers are definitely included in the AppImage, I just tested it again.
Otherwise, create a log of the debug output of the AppImage in the terminal, 
as described here:

https://www.digikam.org/contribute/
