copying files by dragging

When we drag, we start a "copy" operation. We cannot influence whether the file 
manager adheres to this. Here under Plasma, Dolphin asks whether to copy or 
move when dropping. Check whether there is a setting in your file manager or 
whether a key has to be pressed when dropping to copy.
If the drop is made in an external program, we get no response.
