DigiKam: documentation and software from the same version 8.3.0 is missing

I use Calibre to convert epub to pdf.

Version 3.48.0 is the latest version for Windows 7.

(Aside: Documenters do an admirable job, much better than I could, but I 
love flat, searchable docs.)
