Image search with wildcards/regexp/"OR"?

Hi all,

I was wondering if I can use the search function to search for multiple 
alternative keywords simultaneously?

I would like to perform keyword searches like "filename contains 1059 
*OR* 1950 *OR* 2395".
I know I can search for multiple tags and multiple alternative 
_different_ metadata, but multiple options in the *same* metadatum I 
could not find.

Is this possible?
Or can it be made possible? :-)
