Thanks.  I don't think there's any relation.  That bug relates to face 
*recognition* (the second step, using SFace) whereas my issue is face 
*detection* (the first step, using YuNet).

For the people asking in the bug about Debian's Open CV version: I 'm using 
4.6.0.
