Incorrect Video Timestamps Displayed in Thumbnail View, digiKam 8.5.0

The video timestamps displayed in digiKam's thumbnail view have an 8-hour
discrepancy (I am in UTC+8). For example, based on the detailed EXIFTool
output below, the expected time is 13:11:36, but digiKam displays it as
21:11:36.
