Menu Bar partially empty and Toolbar completely disappeared

I use Digikam (8.5) on 3 computers, 2 desktops and 1 laptop. On all 3 OS's is 
Manjaro ( KDE ) , last update was 2 days ago.

On 2 computers no problems at all, but on the third today I noticed that the 
toolbar has completely disappeared. Also the menu bar is not complete as you 
can see in the attachment.

I could not restore the menu bar nor the toolbar.

I tried reinstalling Digikam, deleting the digikamrc file but it didn't work. 
Until a few days ago everything was ok, I don't know what else to do.
