Adding NAS folders As Albums

Some help please.

I am running Digikam 8.4.0, on Linux Mint. All my photos are on a 
Synology NAS.

When I try to set up a network collection, the network is not displayed 
(like it is in the file manger), and so I cannot add anything.

I have tried with the photo share mounted and not mounted, but there is 
no difference.

I must be missing something, but I cannot find it in the manual.

How do I add a share from my NAS to Digikam?
