just a question about batch-process order

Hi,

I wonder about the order in which files in batch-processes are executed.

Not sure, but IIRC in (much?) earlier digikam-versions batches were
processed in ascending order of the file names. Now the order seems
arbitrary to me. For example right now a batch-process with files named
IMG_0001.png to IMG_175.png is running, the queue shows the files in
alphanumerical order, but the processing jumps arbitrary: 21, 143, 25,
3, 59, 114, 72, 1...

Not that it is really important, but is there a way to let the batch run
in alphanumerical order of the file names?

It would just be practical for continuing the work with already
processed images while the rest is still in process.

kind regards
Daniel
