Odd UI layout for File Properties in right sidebar

First it's not a broken layout. The sidebar has been redesigned a bit based on
ideas from users. A clearly visible file name and creation date, a tool button
to go straight to the captions tab, etc.
Due to the many bug fixes between 7.10 and 8.3.0/8.4.0 it is not a good idea to
use this old version.
