Video problems with 8.3.0 and Sony RX10IV

Greetings all,

Do any of you use a Sony RX10IV for videos? I do and have the following issues:

First, on playback in 8.3.0, the videos are distorted by being squeezed in from both sides. Also, there is a very brief stutter stop every half second during playback. When I view the same videos in 8.2.0, they do not have either of these issues. Videos taken with a Lumix LX7 also play back properly, so the problem seems to be isolated to the Sony RX10IV camera and 8.3.0.

Gilles was unable to replicate the problem, but I'm curious if others have these issues with Sony RX10IV videos. Since the Sony videos play back properly in 8.2.0, I'm thinking this issues may be due to my settings for the 8.3.0 version.
