Verify files in SD have been copied

You'd need to have your SD card as an album and use similarity view.

You search in all albums except the SD card. Similarity is set to at least
100% to match exact copies.

You prefer other than SD card as reference image selection.

You can remove duplicates then. Note that this will remove all duplicates
in your search.

You might be able to refine this further.
