Cannot use Digikam (Remco Viëtor)

The message that I received was:

"The SQLite core database was not found, please set the correct location in the next dialog.
If you want to start with a new configuration and with a first run wizard delete the file C:\Users\Armando\AppData\Local\digikamrc"

Such file is not in my system.

I am using Windows 10 Pro, version 22H2, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
