How can I read "scrubbed" HTML?

For example, I see a message that contains this:

An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
URL: 
<http://mail.kde.org/pipermail/digikam-users/attachments/20230327/8f44ba25/attachment-0001.htm>

Clicking on the URL text brings up a display in Firefox of the HTML 
source.  Same with pasting the URL (and tweaks of the URL) into Firefox, 
Vivaldi, and Chrome.

My email client is Thunderbird.
