Showing Date on Thumbnails for Album

I've been working with DigiKam for several weeks and everything has been
good.  In the Album view I could display thumbnails and see the date/time
under the thumbnails.  I must have hit some setting but now all I see are
the thumbnails and the image name but no date/time.

Does anyone know how I can start showing the date/time for the images as
part of the Thumbnail view?  I've tried everything I can think of.
