Can't delete files

I found a trail, if I delete all digikam DB (sqlite) and re-import all my picture (long) I can delete pictures
So I think there something wrong in my DB

But I will try with 8.3 also

I wasn't able to reproduce any problems with creating the trash folders under 
Linux. Since Windows users have also reported problems, I rewrote and 
simplified the code. You can test it with the next test version of 
digiKam-8.3.0.
