Google maps not available

Google has made further changes to its Maps servers. The QWebKit browser
engine used in our Windows bundles no longer works with Google Maps at all.
The modern QWebEngine in our AppImage or macOS bundle also no longer loads
Google Maps, only the initial zoom level, after that there is no more
reloading.
Since the HTML+Java script work with the desktop browser Chromium or
Firefox yet, it's clearly due to our embedded browsers. Since we don't have
any other embedded browser available, we will have to completely remove the
Google Map view for the time being.
Things like this happen when everything comes from one company, in this
case the browser (Chrome) and the map service.
