Items not sorted correctly?

Hi,


I observe some strange behavior regarding sorting.

I have set "Sort Items" to "By Creation Date":


Strange thing is, the album items are sorted such that it is neither 
ascending nor descending according to date. See example here:



Maybe this is because the date shown is Modified date and not created 
date? However, I have tried changing sort by to modified date and it is 
still this weird order.

Is this a bug in the recent DK release?
