digiKam 8.0.0 is released

Hi Gilles,

Something I was hoping for was better compatibility with video files. A 
lot did not play at all or without audio, at least in DK 7.8.0. I did 
not see that in the release notes, but I can see big improvements. 
digiKam 8 was able to play all my video files correctly.
