how to reinitialise access to flickr after DK crash

Hi Frederic,

Since QWebKit can't load the Flickr page anymore and trying to use a modified 
user agent string causes Flickr to report an error that the browser is too 
old, I've now added a manual method for entering the login url. You will then 
have to switch to digiKam-8.0.0, with the next version that Gilles compiles 
the function will then be available.
