Hi,
Yes it supports JPEG 2000.
But we have discovered a wrong packaging in 7.8.0 which can introduce
dysfunctions in certain cases.
Please try current 7.9.0 where the problem is fixed. It's safe, 7.9.0
is only a bug fix release with minor changes.
