[digiKam-users] Metadata settings

DK 7.8.0 appimage on debian 11

I do not want/need xmps.

How should I set the metadata settings because now right it's taking
over !! 3 hr 30mn !! to synchronize when closing DK after assigning
tags to around 8000 images. The vast majority (95+%) are raws dng,
pef, cr2 and raf. There are a few jpegs and tiffs.

I don't want to update the actual images.
