[digiKam-users] digiKam 7.9.0 MacOS bundle

Hi all,

After One week of work, and 3 days of full compilation with Macports,
i finally complete the 7.9.0 build from scratch under MacOS Monterey

In the MacOS bundle, Qt 5 and KF5 are now updated to last stable
(5.15.6 and 5.99)
