A malware pop-up ??? Can you take a screenshot please?

7.9.0 Windows installer is fully build under Linux with a cross
compiler. No Windows at all is used to build the bundle, for security
reasons of course.

Your PC have been certainly infected by one another way than digiKam,
i'm sure...
