[digiKam-users] Starting someone new with an export of a library

Hi,
I have a library with in my set of libraries in my album which I wish to 
give as a copy of to another person, who does not have Digikam yet.
I want all the tags filters and comments I have set up to be transferred 
with the export so they can use the same filters etc, once they have 
loaded Digikamn

Just how do I do this and what do I tell them to do?
