[digiKam-users] windows 10 Digikam fails to load but did yesterday

Digikam 7.6 Windows 10

T'was working fine yesterday and to the best of my knowledge nothing has
changed since but it fails to load. Not even a splash screen. The debug
view output is below but sadly is meaningless to me but I'm sure not to
others.
