[digiKam-users] recognise .hif files as heif format

I'm in the process of patching it for digiKam-8.0.0. However, the extension
HIF is not an official extension for HEIF. The extension actually stands for a
program "Quicken". So I won't add it as an auto-detected mime type. Or do you
think otherwise, Gilles?
