[digiKam-users] digiKam 7.7.0 is released...

This is not a bug, in digiKam-7.7.0 is a fixed Qt bug. In digiKam-8.0.0 the message will 
appear again because we will then read the actual database encoding. It's informative 
only, it doesn't affect digiKam.
