[digiKam-users] For a folder only: search faces, read/write metadata, synchronize

Hello

I am using Digikam 7.4.0.

I have 90,000 photos. 

When I add a photo folder to the tree, is there a way to start processing
only on the folder?

Like what : 

*         Search for faces 

*         The functions of the labels menu : read/write labels,
synchronization

 

Because this is launched on all the photos of an album and not of a folder
and each treatment lasts more than a day and it is useless because just a
hundred photos are added
