Well you asked the OS to preload a 32-bit library rather than a 64-bit 
one. So maybe your exec with preload line should read

$ LD_PRELOAD=$LD_PRELOAD:/usr/lib64/libgio-2.0.so.0 
./digiKam-7.6.0-20220208T100104-x86-64.appimage

but that is only a guess.
