Hi all,

There is no specific time out in digiKam code, but in all frameworks
used as Qt5 of KF5, I don't know.

I don not yet switched to Monterrey on my macbook pro. I still under
Big Sur and digiKam package is compiled with this system with a
backward binary compatibility set to MacOS 10.13 :

https://invent.kde.org/graphics/digikam/-/blob/master/project/bundles/macports/config.sh#L21

XCode and MacOS SDK are updated to the latest version of course.

Best

And after 30 seconds the preview of this image ends automatically and the thumbnail view is displayed. Without any input. And when I type something and it takes longer than these 30 seconds I’m kicked out of my text.
