Well I don't see anything that could be 'settings'.

In slideshow I see:-

    Right arrow (starts/stops slide show)
    Next slide
    Previous slide
    Exit slideshow (black rectangle)
    Clock (to set the time for each slide)
    Dustbin (to remove slide from series presumably)
    An icon that does nothing

IS it that "icon that does nothing" which is supposed to pull up
"settings"?  It doesn't appear to do anything on my system.  The icon
has two 'timer' bars, a long one and a short one (at least that's what
they look like to me).
