[digiKam-users] Migrate db/collection to new OS (windows->mac)

Hello,

I am looking to migrate my digiKam collection from Windows 10 to macOS but cannot seem to find a succinct guide on how to do this other than grabbing all files I can find, moving them, and then attempting to import them at the new location.

Does anyone have any suggestions or a link to a good guide on how to do this?
