[digiKam-users] Is there an easy way to copy metadata to several images having entered it for one?

Just read the bug report. This is really something that would save a lot
of work on the user!
I think this could be implemented in a similar way as the "Format
painter" in Microsoft Word and Excel. I think this Format paint tool is
in LibreOffice as well.
It works like this: You select some text. Click the format painter tool.
Then select all the text that you want to have the same formatting as
what was originally selected.

In DK it could work like this: You select some image. Then click the
painter tool and then you "paint" whatever items you want to have the
same tags.
