I have a lot of people tags defined and many of them are people in old 
pictures and they are now dead.  So obviously they will not appear in 
new pictures.

I would find it very useful if I could somehow flag these people, so the 
tags still work but they do not show up in the suggestions when I am 
tagging new pictures and also they would not be considered by the face 
recognition engine.

Is this possible?  If so how?
