[digiKam-users] QtAv - too much stutter on Win 10

Well, between 7.2. and 7.3, QtAv has no fundamental changes.
digiKam windows bundle is cross compiled with MXE, which provides ffmpeg.
Probably an update was done in MXE.
Go to digiKam Help/Components info dialog and look at the "libav*" versions
for both digiKam releases. libav are ffmpeg internal libraries.
