[digiKam-users] upgrade 7.1 -> 7.3 - don't download face engine

The download path and screenshot looks like the Windows version. Do you have 
antivirus software running? If yes, which? digiKam not blocked in the 
firewall? Can you open "https://files.kde.org/digikam/" in the browser?
