Seems I'm bck from the begining. I had to reinstall my computer.
When I load Import dialog box (auto-detected iphone PTP), it shows information of the device, but no icons are found.
Got this information from menu:

Update:
I boot computer and seems it now recognizes, It opens the dialog and list the images on my iPhone, but the thumbnails are not being generated. Only the default icon.
How can I generate the thumbnails ?
