[digiKam-users] How to change date format

I have the same question; it doesn't seem like Digikam is totally ignoring
my LC_TIME variable but it's not matching what I expect.

If I launch like `*LC_TIME=en_US.UTF-8 digikam*`, my album dates end up
like "*1/1/21 5:16 PM*". This is similar to `*LC_TIME=en_US.UTF-8 date '+%x
%X'*` which gives me "*11/16/2021 02:12:13 PM*"

If I launch like `*LC_TIME=en_DK.UTF-8 digikam*`, my album dates end up
like "*1/1/2021 17.16*", which is closer to what I want but still not
ordered like YYYY-MM-DD. When I run `*LC_TIME=en_DK.UTF-8 date '+%x %X'*` I
get "*2021-11-16 13:50:32*".
