[digiKam-users] Extract thumbnails from thumbnails-digikam.db

Using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

I downloaded  digikam-pgf-database/bin/pgfdatabase.exe
When I run it, a window flashes briefly, then nothing.

Did I miss something?
