[digiKam-users] DK 7.3: Cannot cut/paste images

The clipboard functions Copy and Cut now work correctly under Windows. Since 
digiKam does not receive any feedback from the Explorer during the Cut action, 
you have to refresh the view manually in digiKam. Alternatively, album 
monitoring could be activated, but there are many reasons against it ...
