[digiKam-users] DK 7.3: Cannot cut/paste images

So here under Linux the cutting is carried out, but also with a hook. We have
the problem that digiKam does not notice this cut, unless the album monitoring
for external changes is active. The cutting is namely carried out by the
target program (Explorer). If you refresh the view with e.g. Ctrl + F5, the
file in digiKam should have disappeared.
