[digiKam-users] digiKam 7.4.0 is released

Hi Gilles

thanks a lot for this new release.
just installed it on Windows 10  but when opening geolocalisation tool 
I'm getting an error message "no plug-in loaded". Nevertheless after 
clicking on "OK", seems working as usual
