[digiKam-users] Insufficient privileges

With a SQLite database, this problem only occurs if digiKam does not have
write access to digikam4.db. We do a short test whether basic database
operations are possible at the start of digiKam. If no test table can be
created, this error message appears. Check whether digiKam has write access
for the relevant folder.
